Management Concentration

All Business Administration majors must declare at least one concentration, either before the end of the second semester of sophomore year or upon transfer into the major.

Concentration Requirements

A minimum of 15 credit hours from the following 300 and 400 level elective courses are required to complete a Management Concentration.

Required electives (9 credits)

  • BUS 331 Organizational Behavior - 3 credits
  • BUS 333 Human Resource Management - 3 credits
  • BUS 450 International Business - 3 credits

Choose any additional 2 electives (6 credits)

  • BUS 250 Business Law - 3 credits
  • BUS 332 Management of Organizations - 3 credits
  • BUS 342 Leadership - 3 credits
  • BUS 350 Healthcare Management - 3 credits
  • BUS 410 Research Methods in Management - 3 credits
  • BUS 464 Seminar in Management - 3 credits
