Generations Family Health Center, established in 1984, is a private, not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving eastern Connecticut. They offer comprehensive services, including primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health services, and care coordination for individuals of all ages. Locations include Willimantic, Norwich, Putnam, and Danielson.
Payment Options:
Insurance: Generations accepts Medicaid/HUSKY and most private insurance plans.
Sliding Fee Scale: A sliding fee scale is available based on income and family size, ensuring services are affordable regardless of insurance status.
Self-Pay: Patients without insurance can pay out-of-pocket, with assistance available to apply for insurance coverage.
