Confidentiality

Medical records maintained by Student Health Services are confidential.

Student workers at our office are not permitted to view any medical records of currently enrolled students at any time.

For students over 18, No information from student medical records are released without a student's written consent. For students under 18, parents may have access to your records depending on the condition.

Medical records are destroyed seven years from the date a student permanently leaves Eastern.  Please read further information about your rights and responsibilities as a patient at the Student Health Service office.
