  December Deadlines: 

  1. Commitment Form - Due December 4th
  2. Student Conduct Form - Completed by Global Learning Office
  3. 1st Deposit - Date varies by course

  January Deadlines:

  1. Health & Safety Agreement - Due January 24th
  2. Scanned Copy Passport (International Trips Only!) - Due January 24th
  3. 2nd Deposit - Date varies by course

  Please be in contact with course faculty about deposit amounts and deadlines. Deposits are to be made in cash or check to the Bursar's Office, along with the deposit slip provided below.
