This application is exclusively for a specific group of undocumented students who cannot apply for federal student aid. |
Consortium Agreement | Used in the event the student may also be taking classes and receiving aid at another college or university. |
Unusual Circumstance Appeal (formerly Dependency Override Application) |
Used when a dependent student requests consideration as an independent student. This was formerly referred to as a Dependency Override Application. All documents must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the end of the academic year or period of enrollment to be considered for review. |

Are you an incoming student and want to compare Eastern's financial aid offer with another comparable institution? Completing this form will allow you to have your financial aid package re-evaluated based on other institutions' aid offers.
All documents must be submitted prior to your registration at Eastern to be considered for review. |
Used in verifying a student's identity and their intended use for their Financial Aid. Note: When requested, present this form with a valid government-issued photo identification such as a driver's license, other state-issued ID, or passport. |

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form | Used by financial aid recipients who fail to meet the GPA and/or progression requirements stated in our Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy. |

Special Circumstances Appeal |
Application for consideration of re-evaluation of financial aid based on special family financial circumstances that may have adversely affected the family income stated on the FAFSA. Note: These appeals will not be able to be processed until the Department of Education has processed the 2025-2026 FAFSA and the student has been awarded a financial aid package. All documents must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the end of the academic year or period of enrollment to be considered for review. |
