All UNDERGRADUATE students MUST apply for graduation by submitting an Application for Degree.

Your degree evaluation will show the status of your graduation application & your eligibility for ceremony participation.

Students NOT approved to participate in May 2025 Commencement Ceremony

Graduation application not received/processed:
Student has applied for a different semester but did not successfully complete all degree requirements. You must reapply!

application voided for - Still needed: Outstanding requirements have prevented us from accepting your graduation application for this term. Please reapply when closer to degree completion.

Student has applied for a different semester but did not yet complete all degree requirements. Please contact the registrar’s office with updated plan.

Students APPROVED to participate in May 2025 Commencement Ceremony

 

May Applicants

Student has submitted application and registrar office has processed.
Graduation Application Received for Spring 2025, Still needed: Application for graduation is not a guarantee Of graduation eligibility. Your audit for Spring 2025 will be reviewed to determine eligibility for participation in the May 2025 commencement ceremony. This process may take some time. so check back here often.

Student has received their initial audit letter and formally approved to participate in may ceremony.
Commencement parcipipation approved for May 2025, Still needed: Your Spring 2025 application has been reviewed and an audit letter was sent to your Eastem e-mail outlining your degree requirements. Your graduation date has been updated and you are approved to participate in the May 2025 Commencement ceremony. A final audit will be completed at the end of the term. Your degree progress will not show until your final audit has been completed.

Summer Applicants

Student has submitted application and registrar’s office has processed.
Graduation Application Received for Summer 2025, Still needed: Application for graduation is not a guarantee of graduation eligibility. Your audit for Summer 2025 will reviewed to determine eligibility for participation in the May 2025 commencement ceremony. This process may take some time, so check back here often.

Student has received their initial audit letter and formally approved to participate in may ceremony.

Fall Graduates

Approved to participate in May 2025 ceremony

  • Applying and being approved for Fall 2025 graduation will make you eligible for the Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony. Applications for December 2025 will become available once the Senior advising period begins.
