Graduation Application

All UNDERGRADUATE Students MUST apply for graduation by submitting an Application for Degree. Please review the following information before applying. 

Please Note:

  • If you are dual major and plan to complete two (2) degrees, a total of 150 overall credits is required.
  • Students should review their Degree Evaluation and consult with their Faculty Advisor(s) or the Academic Services Center to make sure all graduation requirements are met, or to discuss plans to meet your remaining requirements prior to your anticipated graduation date.

Application Deadlines

Degree applications are due the semester prior to the anticipated semester of graduation. 

*We highly recommend you do not submit an application until AFTER you have met with your advisor and have registered for your anticipated graduation term.*

Anticipated Graduation Date: Application Due Dates:
August February 13
December June 15
May October 18

You MUST use your Eastern e-mail credentials to access the form. Once you submit the form, you will not be able to resubmit. If you need to make changes on a submitted application, you can find information on how to update this information here.

If you have met with your advisor and have registered for your graduation term, you can APPLY FOR GRADUATION.

IF YOU ARE A GRADUATE STUDENT IN A GRADUATE PROGRAM (NOT an Associate or Bachelor Degree Program): The graduation application you need to complete can be found here: Graduate Division Forms.

CLEP/DSST Exam Deadlines

If you plan on completing CLEP/DSST Exams during your graduation term to fulfill any outstanding requirements, the exam must be taken within a certain time period:

  • If you plan on completing the exam for May or December Graduation, the exam must be TAKEN no later than the FINAL DAY of exams. 
  • If you plan on completing the exam for August Graduation, the exam must be TAKEN no later than August 31st.
