Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)

Other contracts may require the disclosure of personal financial information protected by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). All such contracts must obligate the contractor to comply with the addendum attached hereto as Exhibit E, and the addendum must be appended to the contract.
