Certifications Required in Connection with Contracts in Value in Excess of $50,000.00

Contractors entering into contracts with a value of $50,000.00 or greater are required to execute certifications attesting to their compliance with Sections 4a-60(a)(1) and 4a- 60a(a)(1) of the Connecticut General Statutes. Because these forms are periodically updated, Procurement Services Department personnel should regularly access the OPM website to insure that the most current version of the certifications is being utilized.
