Eastern students enjoy a broad range of on-campus experiences designed to promote academic, social, and personal development. Student Activities staff work with other offices in the Division of Student Affairs, as well as faculty and housing staff, to provide an integrated student life program.
Eastern Connecticut State University welcomed its newest Warriors to campus this June during the annual Student Orientation Advising and Registration (SOAR) program. Through the guidance of student orientation counselors (SOCs), hundreds of incoming students from the Class of 2028 acquainted themselves with Eastern’s campus and pondered their collegiate aspirations during four separate two-day orientation sessions.
Spring Fest 2024 celebrated a final fling before the last week of classes at Eastern Connecticut State University with activities ranging from puppy yoga to a carnival that drew more than 1,000 students.
More than 200 Eastern Connecticut State University students, faculty, staff, alumni and their families recently came together for a day of baseball and springtime fun in celebration of Eastern Day at Dunkin’ Park in Hartford on April 14.
