Join Linda Sanford for a change of tempo from some of our other classes, have fun while working out with our Kickboxing class! Use plenty of functional movements to work up a sweat and put some excitement in your workout!
All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged. No prior experience is required. Fitness classes are free for all Eastern students, faculty and staff. A valid Eastern ID is required upon entrance.
