Major/Minor Substitutions

All substitutions/changes for Major and Minor requirements must be approved by the Department Chair/Coordinator of the specific Major or Minor. Students should discuss the potential substitution or change with the appropriate faculty member.

If a substitution is approved, the Department Chair/Coordinator will need to enter the approved substitution/change as a petition in the student degree evaluation. It will then be reviewed by the Registrar's office and updated on the degree evaluation, if it can be applied.
