This scholarship was established in 2007 to honor Sharon Mystique, a facilities employee who worked in the Grounds Department and died tragically in September 2007. Sharon was much loved in the department and known throughout campus for her headstrong talents. The recipient(s) must be in good academic standing and either a child or grandchild of a member of the Maintenance Service Unit at Eastern (NP-2) or Administrative Clerical Bargaining Unit at Eastern (NP-3). Children or grandchildren of members (alive or deceased) of these unions are eligible. If no student meets the criteria the scholarship may be awarded to a student with need.
