Founded by Barbara Cignotti-Huber and Barry Huber in memory of their son Adam Huber, an Eastern student who died tragically in a 2006 accident, the Adam Huber Memorial AccessAbility Services Fund finances a scholarship or scholarships of at least $1,000 each year to students who use the services of Eastern’s Office of AccessAbility Services. The fund may also be used to supply technology to assist students academically when their disabilities necessitate such aid, and for equipment such as wheelchairs to help in students’ daily lives.
