Andrew Utterback

Biography

Dr. Utterback is a specialist in studio-based television production and directing, media law, news packaging and critical legal studies. Before coming to Eastern, Utterback was a member of the faculty at Marist College and Northern Arizona University. He earned his M.A. from Eastern New Mexico University and his Ph.D. from the University of Utah.
