Dr. Oh earned her B.A. in English Language Education at Seoul National University, her M.S. in Management from Korea University School of Business and her Ph.D. in Business Administration from The University of Missouri.
In 2017, in Atlanta, the International Management Division at the Academy of Management Conference named Dr. Oh winner of the prestigious Douglas Nigh Award for her research on “Age-based Social Status, Team Safety Climate, and Innovation: Overcoming Culture with Team Effects.”
