Biography

Dr. Bouley is a teacher educator who specializes in English/language arts, early literacy and multicultural education. She earned her master's degree in Reading/Language Arts from Eastern Connecticut State University and her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut.
