Resource to Support Smooth Transitions from Birth to Three Services

Smooth Transitions from Birth to Three is a free online training designed for professionals who support children and families going through the transition process, such as early interventionists, special education professionals, preschool teachers, special educators, administrators, and family advocates and consultants. The training contains information and resources that may also be of interest to families as they approach their child’s transition out of Birth to Three.

The training was designed for self-paced learning and includes videos, key terms, printable documents, web-resources, and explanations of related forms.  

There is also a video for families in both English and Spanish.
