Credit/No Credit and Withdrawal from Course Requests after Deadline

Students with an extenuating circumstance may request a Credit/No Credit or Withdrawal from a course after the posted deadline.

This form should be utilized by students who:

• Were unable to meet this deadline due to an extenuating circumstance.
• Are requesting to remove the credit/no credit option from a course.

Students facing academic concerns are strongly encouraged to discuss with a faculty advisor, and/or an advisor in the Advising Center.
