Honors Program

The University Honors Program offers an enriched course of study for academically-talented, intellectually-curious, and research-oriented students. The Honors Program supports Eastern’s liberal arts mission through courses and research experiences designed to encourage creative and critical thinking, communication, and self-directed learning. Most Honors courses fulfill requirements in Eastern’s Liberal Arts Core (ELAC). See General Program Information for more details. 

Incoming students must apply to the Honors Program before February 1 of their senior year of high school. Learn more about the Application and Admission Process. Teachers should submit this recommendation form.
