- Charlene Gobeli: oversees classified search process and related hiring; new employee orientation; benefits coordinator; exit interviews, coordination of pre-employment physicals/drug screens; background checks; provides contact info for use of temp agencies
- La Shawn McBride: Assist the CHRO with day-to-day HR operations and labor relation issues; oversee classified recruitment process; oversee onboarding process: coordinate special HR projects; provide retirement counseling
- Gayl Osuba: maintains university job description; prepares employment letters for unclassified hires; assists in scheduling of labor relations matters; oversees unclassified search process and related hiring (AAUP, SUOAF, M/C); manages unclassified employee service ratings including SUOAF evaluations; assists with processing of EEOC and FOI requests; background checks
- Jianguo (Jay) Zhu: develops HR reports; conduct compensation analysis; provides immigration counseling; interprets contracts
