MS in Education (seeking certification)

The Master of Science degrees in Early Childhood Education (Grades N-3), Elementary Education (Grades 1-6), and Secondary Education (Grades 7-12) are designed for candidates who are seeking initial state of Connecticut teaching certificates. Students complete a K-12 classroom experience each semester, culminating in a Student Teaching experience in their certification area. Other courses in methods, assessment, classroom management and more prepare candidates to become effective educators.

  • The cost per credit hour is $714 with a per semester fee of $60. Supplemental material including textbooks must be purchased separately.
